All our therapists are licensed, with at least 5 years of experience. Read bios, reviews, see availability.
Book your first session
Pay securely by card. You'll get an email confirmation with the session link and instructions.
Free reschedule and cancellation 24h+ in advance. Full refund if you cancel in time.
Start the journey
Connect by video, audio, or chat. The session lasts 50 minutes. At the end, you get a summary and recommendations (optional).
Messaging between sessions included. Encrypted clinical notes. Monthly progress reports.

How often should I attend therapy?+
For most people, we recommend a weekly session for the first 8-12 weeks, then biweekly or monthly. Your therapist will make personalized recommendations.
Can I cancel a session?+
Yes. Free cancellation 24h+ in advance (100% refund). Between 12-24h before, you get a 50% refund. Under 12h, the session is considered consumed.
Are sessions recorded?+
Only if you give explicit consent, for clinical review purposes. By default, sessions are NOT recorded. All data is encrypted.
What happens in the first session?+
We get to know each other. The therapist asks about what brings you here, your context, what you've tried before. You set goals and pace together.
Do you accept medical insurance?+
Currently no. We're working on integration with major insurance providers in Moldova. For companies, we offer corporate packages.
