What's covered

Only the first individual session with a new therapist. The guarantee does not apply to follow-up sessions with the same therapist, to packages already partially consumed, or to group sessions.

How it works

1. At the end of your first session, or within 48 hours after, fill in the form below. You must be signed in — pick the session from your eligible list.
2. You don't have to justify anything. The feedback field is optional, but it helps us improve the platform.
3. Our team processes the request within 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email.

How long the refund takes

After approval, funds are returned to the original payment method via MAIB within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the final settlement may take another 1-3 days.

What's not covered

• Patient no-show — you didn't attend without notice. The session is considered consumed.
• Cancellation under 24h — the session is forfeited per standard cancellation policy.
• Abusive behavior toward the therapist — verbal, sexual, or threatening. The account may also be suspended.
